I cannot get rid of email notices in support assistant concerning my printer even though I have deleted them numerous times, they just keep coming back. There is also something I've done with my computer through HP support assistant that turns my printer off and won't let me use it. I also start having trouble getting on line after a day or two. In both of these instances, I have had to do a system restore to get my computer and printer working again. Since I have stopped using support assistant no more problems.

I have just bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Series printer, and I'm unable to scan my Apple. My Mac is OSX 10.8.5.
Please send me the downloads so I am able to download the info and set up
